Controversy has hit the switch of the Registrar (Administration) of Bangalore College (B.U.) after the Division of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DPAR) issued orders on this regard.
Lately, DPAR issued an order stating that M. Kotresh, Registrar, Karnataka Samskrit College, could be posted as Registrar (Administration) of B.U. instead of KAS officer Ok. Jyothi. The transfer has drawn flak and Greater Schooling Division officers identified that DPAR couldn’t switch Prof. Kotresh, who’s an worker below the division.
C.N. Ashwath Narayan, Greater Schooling Minister, wrote to the Chief Secretary and DPAR secretary to withdraw the order.
